The product is damaged during delivery! Please share clear pictures of the product and packaging after receiving your parcel.

You received the wrong product! If the product delivered is different from what you ordered, contact us with your order details.

The product is unopened and unused! Due to skincare and hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the product seal, packaging, and condition are not damaged.

Products Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns if:

The product has been opened or used! Skincare products cannot be returned after opening due to hygiene and safety reasons.

The product packaging or seal is damaged by the customer! Returned items must be in original condition.

You changed your mind after receiving the order! Returns are not accepted for personal preference, wrong selection, or change of mind.

The product did not give instant results! Scar and stretch mark care products require consistent use over time. Results vary from person to person.

Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only after our team reviews the returned product or issue.

If your refund is approved, it may be processed through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another available payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and verification process.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side, such as sending the wrong product or a damaged item.

Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or wrong product, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.

The replacement product will be sent after the issue is verified by our team.

Mederma products are topical skincare products. They help improve the appearance of scars and stretch marks with regular use, but results can vary depending on skin type, scar age, scar depth, and consistency of use.

We do not guarantee complete scar removal or instant results.
